What if I'm not sure about my measurements?
Add the free video fitting call in the Fit step. A maker will walk you through measuring and check the numbers before anything is cut.
Can I send a sketch or reference photo?
Yes. Mention it in the notes field and reply to your order confirmation email with the images. We'll price any extra work before starting.
Can I change something after ordering?
Anything can change until you approve the cutting sheet, which we send within two business days.
