Ordering and timing
How long does my order take?
Finished designs ship in 4 to 6 weeks and custom builds in 6 to 8 weeks. Rush builds take 3 to 4 weeks for an extra $90.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, until you approve the cutting sheet we send within two business days of your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Shipping and duties
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, free tracked express shipping to all 50 states.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. We ship duties prepaid, so you pay nothing at delivery.
Do you ship elsewhere?
Yes, to Canada, the UK, Australia and the EU. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Fit, returns and alterations
What is the fit guarantee?
If your made-to-measure or personalized pair doesn't fit as it should, we alter it for free, including shipping both ways. If it can't be altered, we remake it.
Can I return chaps?
Standard-size pairs without personalization can be returned unworn within 30 days for a full refund. Custom and personalized pairs can't be returned, but they're covered by the fit guarantee.
How should chaps fit?
Snug through the thigh without pinching, with the hem covering your boot heel when you stand. They'll relax slightly as you ride.
Care
How do I clean roughout?
Let mud dry, then brush with a stiff suede brush. Avoid water-based cleaners on roughout.
How do I store them?
Hang them by the belt in a dry place, away from direct heat. Our waxed canvas chap bag is made for this.
